Ponti e Fernando Pereira dos Santos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resumo:<\/strong> M\u00e9todos de aprendizado profundo (deep learning) representam o estado-da-arte em benchmarks de diversos problemas de aprendizado de m\u00e1quina. No entanto, ainda h\u00e1 depend\u00eancia de dados de treinamento anotados massivamente, o que pode adicionar aos modelos vi\u00e9s relacionado \u00e0s bases utilizadas no treinamento original. Nesse curso, as arquiteturas que utilizam unidades densas, convolucionais e recorrentes s\u00e3o revisitadas, sendo discutidas estrat\u00e9gias de treinamento com foco em aprender representa\u00e7\u00f5es capazes de generalizar para bases de dados menores. Para tal, estudaremos m\u00e9todos para explorar representa\u00e7\u00f5es aprendidas em bases de dados benchmark e como realizar transfer\u00eancia de aprendizado de maneira eficiente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conte\u00fado: <\/strong>Conceitos b\u00e1sicos de aprendizado profundo com redes neurais. Unidades de processamento b\u00e1sicas: Perceptron, convolucional, recorrente. Treinamento de redes neurais: aspectos de otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o, normaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, inicializa\u00e7\u00e3o. M\u00e9todos para transfer\u00eancia de aprendizado: pesos pr\u00e9-treinados e ajuste fino, alinhamento de espa\u00e7os de caracter\u00edsticas. Foi pesquisador visitante em est\u00e1gio p\u00f3s-doutoral na University of Surrey, Reino Unido (2016-2017) e recebeu um Google Latin America Research Award (2017-2018). \u00c9 atualmente bolsista produtividade do CNPq n\u00edvel 2 e atua nas \u00e1reas de Aprendizado de Representa\u00e7\u00f5es para Imagens, Sinais e V\u00eddeo, investigando teoria e pr\u00e1tica. Atua nas \u00e1reas de processamento de imagens e aprendizado profundo, com interesses em transfer\u00eancia de aprendizado.
